The CommerceV3 Product Group Import allows users to add and update product groups via a single spreadsheet.

3. USING THE CV3 PRODUCT GROUP IMPORT

3.I OVERVIEW

---

Uploaded import files are pipe- or tab-delimited files that contain product group information. The file can include any of the possible fields in any order you would like. The only limitations are that the Name and at least one other field must be present. The Name field is used as the key when updating tables. Other than that you can include as many of the fields as you would like to update.

The first line of the import file is the header line. In the header line you will define which fields you will be using. Remember, they can be in any order you would like. The remaining lines will contain product group data with the information corresponding to the fields you defined in the header line. See below for examples.
